Welcome

West Kelowna Rotarians are community-minded individuals taking an active role in West Kelowna. Formed in April 2009, we are a new and unique Rotary Club: we are primarily working professionals, our club’s average age of 48 makes us younger than most local service clubs, and a third of our membership is female.

Whether you are a business professional, retiree or citizen who wants to make a difference, you are welcome as part of our Rotary family! We have a lot of fun together while working hard to achieve our goals for our community. In our first two years we had several successful fundraisers totalling almost $15,000 in profits that were donated to local projects and organizations.

We invite you to visit our weekly meeting to see what we are all about, or click on the ‘Contact Us‘ tab and send us your name and phone number.

Why Rotary

What would it take to change the world? Rotary International is the world's first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in 33,000 clubs worldwide. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.

Giving Back

Daybreak Rotary is committed to helping and serving West Kelowna. Funds raised from events like our Book Sale Fundraiser go to Westside Community Foodbank Society, Westside Senior Citizens Activity Centre, Westside Boy's and Girl's Club, Polio Plus and other Rotary projects. 100% of all funds raised will go back into the community of West Kelowna.
